Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee the technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and client needs. This role involves managing a team of technical supervisors, collaborating with engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to deliver high-quality projects on time.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site works to ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
  • Work closely with Professional Engineers, regulatory authorities, and contractors to provide leadership in planning, design, and supervision.
  • Implement and sustain quality & safety assurance systems on site.
  • Carry out supervision of structural & geotechnical works, identifying non-conformities and resolving issues.
  • Understand contract documents and drawings, applying this knowledge in site operations.
  • Implement site supervision quality and safety assurance systems.
  • Conduct regular site checks, ensuring contractor compliance with health and work safety regulations.
  • Attend project meetings to resolve site and technical issues.
  • Ensure proper site documentation is maintained, including records of ongoing works, safety data, and method statements.

Requirements:
  • Possess relevant Civil/Structural Engineering degree from a recognized University and be registered as a Project Manager with IES.
  • Minimum 2-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in residential/commercial development, with strong knowledge of bored piling, precast structures, structural steel, and local construction practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, with AutoCad and BIM knowledge preferred.
  • Demonstrate good supervisory and leadership skills, effective communication, and ability to interact with people at all levels.
