
Staff Billing Coordinator

Job Summary:
\This role is responsible for processing and following up on billings for staff movements. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR partners to deliver customer-centric HR service and advisory, while maintaining data records of billings in a shared folder.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Process and follow up on billings for staff movements
- Work with HR partners to deliver customer-centric HR service and advisory
- Coordinate and clarify billings with stakeholders
- Maintain data records of billings in shared folder
- Regularly update tracker on billing progress
- Manage provision, accruals, and fractionation for cost charging
- Administer and update staff records onto the HR online database system
Requirements:
\- Must be a Singaporean national
- Min Diploma in Human Resource, Business Admin or equivalent field required
- Strong written and communication skills necessary
- Prior HR Payroll/Finance experience in Public Sector and SAP knowledge advantageous
