Regional Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Growth Strategist to drive business growth across our regional markets. As a key commercial role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through targeted outreach, including cold calling, networking, and nurturing healthcare professionals and institutional leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets across assigned markets.
  • Conduct consultative sales engagements by understanding customer needs, positioning solutions effectively, and creating urgency for adoption.
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term business relationships with doctors, healthcare administrators, and institutional partners.

Requirements:

  • Develop a deep technical and clinical understanding of our products and effectively communicate value to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Healthcare Solutions Engineer to fulfill customer requirements, including product demonstrations, configuration, and testing.
  • Gather and document client needs, translating them into structured feedback for product development and engineering teams.
