Senior Physiotherapy Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Physiotherapist to lead our clinical team. This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in physiotherapy, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

- Clinical Work and Supervision:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for clients with complex needs.
- Provide expert supervision to physiotherapists, ensuring adherence to professional standards and best practices.
- Oversee the implementation of evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality, safe, and effective care.
- Manage and optimize the use of clinical resources to maximize impact and reach.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the team to enhance their skills and professional development.
- Develop and implement innovative clinical programs and interventions to meet the diverse needs of persons with disabilities.
- Design and review clinical competency frameworks, guidelines, policies, and procedures to support high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with department heads and clinical leads to develop and implement strategic plans for clinical service delivery.
- Contribute to the design and evaluation of new programs and services.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Recognized degree or master's degree in physiotherapy.
- Registration with Allied Health Professional Services.
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience working as a physiotherapist.
- Strong clinical expertise and leadership skills.
