About the Role:
The role of a Senior Physiotherapy Professional involves providing high-quality physiotherapy services to clients. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to ensure exceptional clinical practice and professional conduct in all areas of client care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of client needs and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Providing expert physiotherapy services to assigned caseloads, including initial assessments, regular reviews, and adjustments to therapy as needed.
- Working closely with the care team to deliver holistic care, attending multidisciplinary meetings (MDM), communicating care plans to clients, caregivers, and the care team, and providing recommendations.
- Supervising junior staff, coaching, and guiding them to ensure excellent outcomes for clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in physiotherapy
- Full registration with the relevant authority
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
