About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to lead our clinical team.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a senior role within our multidisciplinary healthcare service. As Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients with sports injuries, post-operative care, and musculoskeletal pain.

  • Develop and implement effective exercise programmes to support patient rehabilitation.
  • Communicate closely with referring doctors to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and write reports as required.
  • Prioritize Continuous Professional Development to stay up-to-date with best practices in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
  • Contribute to in-house training exercises and share knowledge with colleagues.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy setting.

* Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council.

* A Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred but not mandatory: private practice experience, Pilates, Women's Health, Dry Needling, or advanced Manual Therapy skills.
