Job Title: Physiotherapy Team Lead

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist to join our team as a team lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our physiotherapy department, supervising and mentoring therapy staff, and developing and implementing individualized physiotherapy plans for residents.

  • We are looking for an individual with at least one year of relevant working experience in a hospital setting, who possesses strong leadership skills and is able to work well independently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  2. Supervise and mentor therapy staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality patient care.
  3. Participate in discharge planning and caregiver education, ensuring that patients receive the necessary support and resources to achieve optimal outcomes.
  4. Monitor departmental operations and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  5. Maintain accurate documentation and manage therapy equipment, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a hospital setting.
  • Possess AHPC registration.
