Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled fundraiser to lead the development of a comprehensive financial sustainability plan and execute effective fundraising strategies to support our mission and programs. This role will play a pivotal part in expanding and diversifying funding sources, cultivating relationships with donors, and managing fundraising campaigns and events.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing and executing fundraising strategies, cultivating relationships with donors, and managing fundraising campaigns and events. They will also possess excellent persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree Holder: A degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in fundraising, with a proven track record of securing major gifts, grants, and managing successful campaigns.
  • Skills: Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills, strong people leadership and management skills, familiarity with digital fundraising strategies and tools, and excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
