Job Title: Senior Fundraising Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic fundraising professional to lead our organization's efforts in securing financial resources. This role is pivotal in developing and executing effective strategies to support our mission and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Fundraising Planning: Develop comprehensive fundraising goals, budget, and strategies, aligned with our vision and mission.
  • Donor Cultivation & Stakeholder Management: Identify, cultivate, and solicit financial contributions and gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations.
  • Grant Writing & Proposal Development: Research and apply for grants that align with our programs and initiatives.
  • Event Planning & Campaigns: Lead, plan, and execute all fundraising activities, including major donor cultivation, online campaigns, and special events.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Relevant working experience with a minimum of 6-8 years in fundraising, with a proven track record of securing major gifts, grants, and managing successful campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital fundraising strategies and tools.
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
