Job Title: Asia Pacific Internal Control Strategy Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our internal control and compliance strategies in the Asia Pacific region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective internal control frameworks for Asia Pacific operations
  • Establish and maintain tailored internal control systems and guidelines for Asia Pacific offices
  • Evaluate internal controls effectiveness and application
  • Assist in audit and action item resolution
  • Provide compliance training and support through issuing updates and training modules
  • Lead Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) activities for Asia Pacific offices
  • Report risk management issues and internal control deficiencies

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in related field
  • Possesses up-to-date knowledge in laws and regulations
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Japanese language proficiency is an advantage
