Manager - Forensic Accounting and Compliance

As a Manager in our Forensic and Integrity Services practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations protect and restore their enterprise and financial reputation. Our team is multi-disciplinary, comprising certified accountants, forensic accountants, technologists, certified fraud examiners, data scientists, and compliance professionals.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead projects related to white-collar crimes, fraud investigations, corporate compliance, and ethics. The successful candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge, the ability to identify and resolve complex issues, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Work on challenging projects, analyzing data, preparing work plans, and reviewing electronic records to ensure high-quality results.
  • Lead a team of experts, guiding them through complex investigations, and ensuring they deliver high-quality working papers and analysis.
  • Liaise with clients, in-house counsel, external legal teams, witnesses, and regulators to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coach team members, contribute to the knowledge-sharing culture, and hold difficult conversations when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 6-7 years of experience in forensic accounting, corporate compliance, or a related field. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be self-aware, and have excellent communication skills. Knowledge of regulatory environments and local legislation is essential.

  • Strong understanding of investigative techniques, including evidence preservation and collection, data privacy, and legal privilege.
  • Awareness of international anti-bribery and corruption regulations, such as the FCPA and UK Bribery Act.
  • Ability to prepare forensic reports, review, analyze, and verify evidence.
