Risk Advisory Forensic Accountant Position

This role is a key part of our team supporting the Managing Director in the Global Investigations and Forensic Accounting practice in the Singapore office, working closely with the global team spanning from the USA, to Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight to the delivery of forensic investigations, fraud risk assessments, forensic accounting assignments, compliance reviews, forensic audits.
  • Prepare engagement work plans, working papers, project documentation, progress reports, draft, and final reports to the highest level of quality.
  • Work with clients, their legal advisors, internal and external auditors and regulatory authorities in sometimes sensitive and adversarial situations.
  • Manage teams and interact with stakeholders on the most complex assignments.
Requirements:
  • Experience gained in a Big 4/Mid-tier forensic firm.
  • An experienced people manager running small teams comfortable delegating and actively supporting the development of junior members of the team.
  • Experience working on business intelligence, international financial investigations, compliance risk assessments, and/or forensic reviews.
  • Accounting or finance qualification, or demonstrable confidence with analysis of financial data.
  • Comfortable with actively networking with potential clients.
  • First class report writing, communication and presentation skills.
  • A driven and agile approach.
  • An inquisitive and critical mindset.
