Job Summary

The Director of Hospitality Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences at a luxury hotel property. This includes leading a team of department heads, developing and implementing operational strategies, and driving business growth through effective management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of department heads to develop and implement strategic plans that meet or exceed brand standards.
  • Maintain open communication with guests, employees, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive business results.
