Luxury Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Director to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with luxury travel consortia and preferred agency networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional agency contacts to position our hotel as a preferred luxury choice.
  • Identify and secure new partnership opportunities that align with our hotel's positioning, analysing account potential and implementing targeted sales activities to maximise market share.
  • Ensure participation in relevant programs, negotiate preferred agreements, and coordinate bespoke promotions and campaigns for consortia partners.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, tracking production of all consortia accounts and providing regular reporting and analysis to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years' experience in luxury hotel sales, preferably with consortia or travel trade focus.
  • Strong network within the luxury travel industry, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
