Job Title: Ecosystem Developer Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our ecosystem development team. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and make a significant impact on the startup ecosystem.

The Ecosystem Developer Leader will work closely with existing incubation and programme team members to drive growth and success in the startup ecosystem. Key responsibilities include:

  • Selecting early-stage startups for various programmes through due diligence and market analysis.
  • Designing and refining curriculum to ensure relevance and value for startup founders.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to startup founders on business models, GTM strategies, and operational plans.
  • Leveraging industry connections to provide resources and networking opportunities for startups.
  • Measuring programme success and implementing improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Monitoring portfolio company progress and providing ongoing support for growth and success.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 10 years of experience in the startup ecosystem.
  • Proven track record as a startup founder or managing accelerator programmes.
  • Deep regional market insights and strong network in the startup ecosystem.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Passion for entrepreneurship.
