Job Opportunity: Tech Risk Learning Ecosystem Manager

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive tech risk-focused learning ecosystem.

  • This includes designing and scaling innovative training programs, digital campaigns, and behavioral change initiatives to promote a strong risk culture across the technology organization.

Mandatory Skills:

  • A bachelor's degree in a field such as Human Resource, Business, or Computer Science is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field is essential.
  • Proven expertise in designing and scaling learning programs is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of tech risk frameworks and experience in developing and delivering role-based, digital-first learning content is crucial.
  • Proficient in using digital learning tools and track record in driving continuous improvement through data and feedback is expected.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technology leaders to create customized, role-specific learning paths.
  • Develop and enhance learning materials that promote tech risk culture principles, including accountability models, key behaviors, and governance frameworks.
  • Utilize e-learning tools and platforms to scale digital training initiatives and monitor learner participation.
  • Define success metrics to measure learning impact, such as adoption rates and behavior shifts.
  • Gather feedback, analyze data, and regularly refresh learning content to stay aligned with evolving risk culture goals.
