Job Title: Growth Strategy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Growth Strategy Specialist to develop and implement strategies that engage and grow our communities.

The primary focus of this role is on building and maintaining a positive community environment. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining security, permissions, roles, and bot access in Discord and Telegram
  2. Keeping community channels structured, clean, and up-to-date
  3. Fielding player feedback and routing key issues to the right teams and supporting quick resolutions
  4. Onboarding and orienting new players across TG and Discord
  5. Creating daily and weekly engagement campaigns inside community platforms for hyper growth and community engagement
  6. Acting as a voice and representative of GOAT Gaming, Hosting or participating in livestreams, Spaces, and community events to create an army of supports and community champions
  7. Supporting live updates, game events, and campaign activations
  8. Monitoring and reporting on core community KPIs (engagement, retention, churn triggers)
  9. Keeping the knowledge base up to date and ensuring players and community are well informed and excited about GOAT Gaming

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in community management, a deep understanding of online platforms, and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
