Job Title

A Process Engineering Manager is required to oversee the development and implementation of processes in a manufacturing environment.

About the Role

This position involves managing a team of engineers responsible for sustaining, troubleshooting, improving existing products, and industrializing new products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the Process Engineering team.
  • Ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining control.
  • Line troubleshooting and sustaining.
  • RCA and customer complaints troubleshooting.
  • Maintaining and reviewing process documentations.
  • Machines/process qualification on new equipment or process.
  • Cross-functional support (e.g., quality, production, innovation, maintenance).
Key Responsibilities
  • Sustain and troubleshoot lines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Improve existing products and develop new ones through industrialization.
  • Support the Industrialization of PDP and CD Projects, Process & Equipment Development Projects, and COGS/Cost Reduction Projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Material Science) or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing environments with 2 years of experience managing teams.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification highly advantageous.
  • Past experience resolving a wide range of development/manufacturing issues.
  • Strong problem analysis, troubleshooting, and solving skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO and EHS management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently.
  • Capability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw logical conclusions.
