Manufacturing Process Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

About the Role
  • Evaluate and improve assigned manufacturing processes, materials, and/or equipment to optimize quality and operational efficiency.
  • Identify, investigate, and document quality deviations, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Troubleshoot process problems and determine the best course of action to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Assist engineers with process developments and implementations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
  • Verify correct process variables for production, and monitor metrics associated with process capability and robustness.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering or relevant field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
