Manufacturing Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing processes for new packaging technologies of SAW products.

  • Developing and Optimizing Processes:

    The Manufacturing Process Specialist will develop and optimize processes for new packaging technologies of SAW products, ensuring high quality and efficiency.

  • Designing Statistical Experiments:

    The ideal candidate will design statistical experiments and analyze results to optimize packaging architecture and/or process conditions for photolithography.

  • Package Requirements:

    The Manufacturing Process Specialist will define package requirements for new technology and customer requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • Recommendations and Documentation:

    The successful candidate will develop recommendations according to the nature of the new package technology, process, materials, and tools/machine qualification and characterization, maintaining accurate documentation.

  • Process Quality and Yield:

    The Manufacturing Process Specialist will support Process Engineering to improve process quality and yield of technologies released to manufacturing.

  • Documentation and Compliance:

    The ideal candidate will manage documentation and ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMPs).

Requirements:

  • A degree in engineering or its equivalent with minimum 2-3 years work experience.

  • Strong aptitude for research and development and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to develop and maintain relations with multi-functional teams and vendors.

  • Proficient in statistical data analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE), and comfortable with analysis software tools.

  • Highly motivated and adaptable to our demanding, dynamic, and rapidly changing work environment; flexibility in work attitude for sudden changes in work assignments.

  • Development or Process engineering background, especially in photolithography process, would be an advantage.
