As a key member of our front-of-house crew, you will have the opportunity to learn and master hand pour drip and espresso extraction methods, develop inventory management and supervisory skills, and gain exposure to various segments of the specialty coffee industry in Singapore.

  • Coffee Brewing Skills: Develop and refine your expertise in specialty coffee brewing techniques, ensuring every cup meets our high standards.
  • Cashiering Duties: Handle cash transactions efficiently, maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Daily Operations: Assist in managing daily operations, including inventory control, ordering, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
  • Event Management: Coordinate internal and external events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to customers, responding to their needs and exceeding expectations whenever possible.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Customer-Focused Attitude: Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, always seeking opportunities to improve and exceed expectations.
  • Availability: Be willing to work weekends, public holidays, and commit to a minimum of 50 hours per month, ensuring consistent coverage and meeting business needs.
  • Commitment: Agree to a minimum commitment of three months, allowing time to develop skills, build relationships, and make a meaningful contribution to the team.

Compensation: $14.00 per hour (based on experience)
