As a Talent Attraction and Development Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to manage talent development programmes for undergraduates.
You will partner with schools, offices, and vendors to design training sessions, workshops, and mentoring initiatives. Your role will involve monitoring programme effectiveness, tracking budgets, and driving continuous improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about education, student development, and talent attraction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to manage talent development programmes for undergraduates.
- Partner with schools, offices, and vendors to design training sessions, workshops, and mentoring initiatives.
- Monitor programme effectiveness, track budgets, and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Education, Event Management).
- At least 8 years of experience in managing initiatives such as leadership programmes, scholarships, or symposiums.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Passionate about education, student development, and talent attraction.
