Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Director/Lead to spearhead our recruitment efforts and drive business growth.


This is a pivotal role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and a deep understanding of the local labour market.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an effective talent acquisition strategy aligned with our business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing internal talent acquisition team to achieve optimal results.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on talent-related matters.
  • Promote our employer brand to attract top talent and enhance our reputation in the market.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
  • Degree qualified in a relevant field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and initiatives.
