The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced talent acquisition director/lead to spearhead its recruitment strategy.
Job Description:
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies that drive business growth and expansion. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with top talent in the industry, identifying potential candidates, and ensuring seamless integration into the company's operations.
Key responsibilities include managing and evaluating external agency partners, optimizing recruitment systems and workflows, and driving overall recruitment strategy. You will also lead and develop a high-performing internal talent acquisition team, enhancing talent attraction and employer branding impact in the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
- Degree qualified in a relevant field.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Skilled at listening, influencing for results, and stakeholder management.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in agency partnerships.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System and other recruitment technologies/sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of local/regional labour market, hiring practices, trends, employment laws, and regulations.
