Our client is an MAS registered family office investment firm which focuses on making strategic investments in blockchain and fintech companies. They are looking fill the role of a Talent Acquisition Business Partner primarily responsible for the overall talent acquisition strategy and operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the whole talent acquisition process, including supplying hiring managers with a competent and proactive talent acquisition service.
  • Using a strategic primary recruiting method for all openings using a number of services, such as cold poaching, advertisement, and so on, and proactively creating talented individuals for future needs in necessary skill sectors.
  • Dive deeper into present and future company demands and create possibly the best strategies to assure short- and long-term gains in team goals, efficiency, and growth.
  • Evaluate important HR indicators, create ongoing employee feedback channels and process improvements and use data to build HR interventions.
  • In accordance with labor rules and market best practices, resolve employee relations issues and assist managers with dispute resolution and grievance management.
  • All elements of our business should promote and embrace our culture and values.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree and at minimum eight years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience are required.
  • To engage with the stakeholders based in China, Japan, and Taiwan.
  • Prefer to have HR experience in Blockchain or Cryptocurrency, Fintech or Internet companies.

Additional Information:

  • Annual bonus will be based on company and individual's performances.
  • Work remotely temporarily.
