Senior Mechanical Engineer Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to oversee the design and checking of mechanical works from concept to detailed design.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering, with experience in project management, planning, financial management, contract administration, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with local codes and authorities' requirements.
  • Endorse submissions to relevant authorities, obtain Certificate of Completion as Professional Engineer (Mechanical).
  • Provide technical guidance and analysis to engineers, collaborate with stakeholders on project solutions.
  • Lead project management, planning, financial management, contract administration, and team collaboration to meet key deadlines.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders on civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works.
  • Prepare tender documents, specifications, and manage designs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Registered Professional Engineer with PEB Singapore or Specialized Professional Engineer.
  • More than 10 years of industry experience, including construction management and design expertise.
  • Proficient in engineering analysis, design software, BIM tools, CFD simulations, and other mechanical/fire engineering software.
