**Executive Mechanical Engineer Position**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our building engineering projects in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and perform calculations for mechanical engineering works, including ACMV, fire protection systems, and plumbing and sanitary systems.
  • Conduct technical feasibility studies, life cycle analyses, and planning for building engineering projects.
  • Develop comprehensive study reports, design reports, and technical notes.
  • Evaluate tenders and prepare thorough tender assessment reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and timely delivery.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on design experience in building and/or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and local building codes in Singapore.
  • Excellent project management and technical skills.
