Architectural Site Manager

A highly experienced Senior Site Manager is sought after to join our team in a dynamic and exciting role. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring all site activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural experience, with at least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context. You will be required to supervise all construction activities, ensure compliance to all plans/drawings, risk assessment and specifications.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for preparing daily reports, carrying out standing supervision for critical site activities, and ensuring compliance to all health and safety policies. Your ability to work on rotation shifts and assist RE to manage and maintain records and documentation on field or site changes will also be an asset.
Requirements:- Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with recognised Diploma in relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.
- BIM, Quality Control, Risk Assessment, Quality Assurance, Architectural, Electrical, Vray, Attentive, Structural Engineering, Compliance, Design Thinking, ArchiCAD, Bridge, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop skills preferred.
