Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Architectural Coordinator to play a pivotal role in the success of our architectural projects. The ideal candidate will possess experience in site coordination and a strong background in architectural trade.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Planning Manager to ensure seamless design detailing between clients and consultants.
  • Review, update, and coordinate all architectural work, including shop drawings for the project.
  • Resolve site architectural issues and implement quality measures using BIM software or equivalent.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work.
  • Evaluate compliance with architectural specifications and achieve quality aspects without deviation from authority requirements.
  • Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation in accordance with the Master Programme.
  • Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings for Contract/Procurement management.
