Architectural Coordinator Job Opportunity

The Architectural Coordinator is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and coordinating architectural site activities across diverse projects. This includes managing daily manpower allocation, monitoring project progress, and facilitating communication among clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate architectural site activities to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Effectively manage daily manpower allocation to optimize resource utilization.
  • Monitor project progress, attend meetings, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit shop drawings and method statements as per project requirements.
  • E nsure timely preparation of progress reports and inspection records to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Record and manage defects, ensuring proper follow-up and documentation to maintain project quality.
  • Coordinate architectural works with consultants and subcontractors to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure all projects meet stringent quality standards and are completed within established timelines.
  • Proactively identify and resolve site problems to minimize delays and costs.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) measures to uphold our commitment to excellence.
  • Enforce construction safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all personnel.

Requirements:
  • M inimum Diploma or relevant qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction-related field.
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects independently under tight schedules.
  • Strong skills in reading and interpreting architectural and technical drawings.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Relevant safety certifications such as BCSS.
  • Experience in assisting Project Managers with supervision of architectural works on site.
  • Knowledge of BIM, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
