Architectural Site Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Site Coordinator to oversee and coordinate architectural site activities across diverse projects. As a pivotal role within our organization, this position is responsible for managing daily manpower allocation, monitoring project progress, and facilitating communication among clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Supervise and coordinate architectural site activities to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Effectively manage daily manpower allocation to optimize resource utilization.
  • Monitor project progress, attend meetings, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit shop drawings and method statements as per project requirements.
  • Ensure timely preparation of progress reports and inspection records to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Record and manage defects, ensuring proper follow-up and documentation to maintain project quality.
  • Coordinate architectural works with consultants and subcontractors to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure all projects meet stringent quality standards and are completed within established timelines.
  • Proactively identify and resolve site problems to minimize delays and costs.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) measures to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or relevant qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction-related field.
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects independently under tight schedules.
  • Strong skills in reading and interpreting architectural and technical drawings.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Relevant safety certifications such as BCSS.
  • Experience in assisting Project Managers with supervision of architectural works on site.
  • Knowledge of BIM, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
