Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficient functioning of the Marine Division.
  • Coordinate marine services documents for timely processing and management.
  • Maintain effective communication with international offices and customers for seamless delivery of marine services.
  • Provide administrative support and contribute to strategic planning and financial matters.
  • Offer on-the-job training for new employees as required.
  • Foster and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by top management.

Requirements

  • A degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, and Excel software applications.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with customers and partners in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
