Job Title

Administrative Coordinator for Marine Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling for marine operations, including vessel movements and crew schedules.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Manage the Department reference publication library.
  • Monitor and track expenses related to marine operations.
  • Assist with procurement of marine supplies and equipment.
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for marine personnel.
  • Support safety initiatives by maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing and handling incoming/outgoing mail.

Requirements

  • Diploma in a relevant field (marine engineering or similar majors are preferred).
  • At least 2 years' work experience in a similar role.
  • Meticulous, diligent, and professional.
  • Good drafting and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications, including Word and Excel.
