Strategic Leader for Pipeline Governance

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the governance of our Asia Pacific pipeline, focusing on delivering value and ensuring a balanced multi-year portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the APAC pipeline, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
  • Translate pipeline performance into actionable insights for stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement regional policies and stage-gates to ensure smooth pipeline progression.
  • Establish consistent standards for pipeline management, ensuring comparability and confidence across the region.
  • Run regular governance cadences, challenging assumptions and ensuring initiatives align with regional objectives.
  • Forecast pipeline delivery timelines, anticipate potential risks, and guide proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Accelerate initiative progression by resolving bottlenecks and ensuring timely realization of strategic value.
  • Deliver clear dashboards and executive reports on pipeline health, progress, risks, and resource requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields required.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in strategy execution or performance management, with 2-3 years in a Management Consulting firm.
  • Demonstrated expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and value delivery.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • High levels of ownership and experience operating in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage C-suite executives.
  • Experience in drafting complex PowerPoint, Word documents, and dashboarding tools.
