Customer Experience Manager Position

We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering superior customer experience through providing assistance and guidance in a timely manner. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • To act as an advocate for our customers/patients by addressing their queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • To work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers/patients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
