**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Tenant Experience Ambassador. This position requires providing exceptional customer service to tenants, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting tenants warmly and making them feel welcome upon check-in. They will also assist with general issues, facilitate communication between tenants and departments, and resolve any conflicts that may arise.

Additionally, this role involves planning and executing community events, as well as maintaining open lines of communication with all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong background in customer-facing roles, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and a good command of spoken and written English.

They must remain composed under pressure, work independently, and as part of a team. A motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service is encouraged to apply.
