Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Tenant Experience Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our tenants, ensuring their stay with us is pleasant and memorable.

As a Tenant Experience Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our tenants, providing a warm and welcoming check-in experience. You will also assist with general issues, facilitate communication between tenants and departments, and resolve any conflicts that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing community events, and maintaining open lines of communication with all stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and a good command of spoken and written English. They will be able to remain composed under pressure, work independently, and as part of a team.
