Job Opportunity: Procurement Specialist

This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who can effectively manage procurement activities, ensuring seamless operations and quality outcomes.


  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing market trends to determine the most suitable suppliers for our company's needs.
  • Liaising with local and international suppliers to negotiate timely and accurate procurement of goods.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchases, invoices, and delivery information in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborating with logistics teams for transportation and delivery of goods, while also working closely with finance departments to manage financial processes and ensure smooth operations.
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management or supervisors to meet business objectives.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will need:


  • A minimum Higher Nitec in Operations/Logistic Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in your work.
