Procurement Associate

The Procurement Associate will be responsible for acquiring goods and services in a timely manner, ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and purchasing of materials and supplies.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best prices and delivery terms.
  • Managing purchase orders from placement to delivery.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuity of service.
  • Monitoring vendor performance to guarantee compliance with established standards.
  • Resolving any issues related to product quality or delivery.
  • Ensuring optimal inventory levels through regular checks and adjustments.
  • Accurate record-keeping of transactions and performing periodic inventory audits.

Requirements

For this role, we are looking for candidates with:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar field is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management tools.
