Restaurant Operations Manager

As a seasoned restaurant professional, you will lead our team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Your expertise in menu management, inventory control, and event planning will be crucial in maintaining high service standards and ensuring timely preparation and delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive restaurant performance through effective pre-opening preparations and efficient service execution.
  • Develop strong knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and timings to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and support team members during shifts, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Recommend and promote menu items and specials to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the operations manager to plan and manage restaurant activities, ensuring seamless execution and excellent results.
  • Perform cashiering duties and process transactions accurately to maintain high financial integrity.
  • Manage event orders, prioritizing timely preparation and delivery to meet guest expectations.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent waste.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the section throughout service periods.
  • Uphold high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and conduct at all times.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the F&B or hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service and driving business results.
  • Strong interest in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer service-oriented, results-driven, and a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating shift schedule to meet business demands.
