Job Title: Programme Coordinator - Operations and Stakeholder Engagement

We are seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to support the operations of our MSc programmes in Smart Industries and Digital Transformation, as well as Supply Chain Management. The successful candidate will work closely with faculty members, programme managers, and external partners to ensure smooth operations and maintain good rapport with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Efficiency and Data Management:
    • Streamline manual processes and enhance operational efficiency through digital tools.
    • Manage and generate reporting dashboards, maintain accurate data records, and perform regular data cleaning.
    • Assist in identifying and implementing digital tools that enhance workflow and user experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Support:
    • Liaise with faculty members, programme managers, and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
    • Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including students, staff, and external partners.
  • Buddy Support and Event Organisation:
    • Cover buddy for other partner programmes, providing support and guidance as needed.
    • Support events such as orientations and graduation activities, ensuring their smooth execution.
