Operational Excellence Specialist Role The Operational Excellence team is seeking a talented and experienced candidate to join our team as an Operational Excellence Specialist. Job Description: This role will support the country's operational excellence and lean transformation to achieve World Class Operations Management. The specialist will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives across operations, simplifying the process landscape and enhancing the ability of all processes to deliver on time, on budget and with world class service level to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement and experience in implementing OPEX initiatives at a country level. They will be able to lead and facilitate root cause analysis workshops within operations to identify and address underlying issues. In addition, they will have strong business acumen and exceptional team and workshop facilitation skills. Required Skills and Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma of Engineering or Business Administration required.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean practitioner credentials preferred.
  • Formal training or certification in Data analytics or Robotic Process Automation (RPA), especially WSQ-certified programs, is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in implementing OPEX initiatives at a country level.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing capacity.
  • Exceptional team and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong business acumen.
