About the Role

This is a key position that plays a crucial role in driving business growth through process improvement initiatives.

As a Trade Finance Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new processes, developing and delivering training programs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Design and implement new business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip stakeholders with the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or commerce.
  • At least 3 years of experience in trade finance operations, with a focus on process design and implementation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal), with a high level of proficiency in MS Office applications.
