Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve process efficiency
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics to monitor outcomes and drive visibility across teams
  • Lead cross-functional improvement projects and engage with internal stakeholders to understand operational constraints
  • Support digitalization initiatives aimed at reducing manual effort and increasing system integration
  • Promote lean practices and agile thinking throughout the organization
  • Facilitate workshops and training to build continuous improvement capabilities within teams
  • Act as a point of reference for performance optimization and best practices

Requirements:

  • Academic background: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or similar
  • Hands-on experience improving manufacturing or operational systems
  • Proficiency in using visualization tools such as Power BI for reporting and insights generation
  • Solid understanding of continuous improvement frameworks such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma
  • Exposure to pharmaceutical, life sciences, or GMP-regulated environments is advantageous
  • Ability to simplify complexity, collaborate across departments, and challenge the status quo
