Job Description

OceanX is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Business Operations professional to drive process improvement across the organization.

This role blends strategic, operational, financial, and analytical responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to independently lead projects from concept to execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the design, refinement, and execution of initiatives and operational processes that advance OceanX's strategic goals and impact.
  • Serve as an internal consultant across departments by providing project-based support and operational guidance.
  • Develop high-quality business deliverables, presentations, and analysis using tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Lead and contribute to strategic projects focused on improving operational efficiency.
  • Support shared services execution across HR, Finance, Legal, and Technology.
  • Build and maintain financial reports, models, and analytics to inform strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
