Business Analyst Role

The Business Analyst is a critical member of our infrastructure operations team, responsible for aligning business objectives with operational execution. This role demands someone who excels at understanding business needs, driving process efficiency, and managing projects from a strategic perspective.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with technical experts to map current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing internal projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and effective communication among team members.
  • Clear Documentation: Create and maintain clear documents for new processes and projects, providing necessary information for teams to succeed.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze data to understand service performance and suggest improvements.

Key Skills and Competencies
  • Core Skills: Understand business needs and develop practical project plans and improved processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Effectively address complex problems and find innovative solutions.
  • Communication: Clearly explain complex ideas in writing and meetings to diverse groups.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Teams – Lists and Planner for project and document management.

Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 3 years as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, preferably in an IT environment.
