Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients to introduce PROPERTY TECHNOLOGY ASIA PTE. LTD.'s services in wealth management, insurance, and investment solutions
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening skills, and determine interest levels in PROPERTY TECHNOLOGY ASIA PTE. LTD.'s offerings
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and consultations for our advisors with qualified prospects
  • Client Follow-up: Engage in follow-up calls and emails to nurture prospects and provide further information when necessary
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on PROPERTY TECHNOLOGY ASIA PTE. LTD.'s offerings, including insurance plans, wealth management strategies, and investment solutions to communicate effectively with prospects
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant client information and track lead progress
  • Cold Calling: Make cold calls to potential clients to introduce PROPERTY TECHNOLOGY ASIA PTE. LTD.'s services

Requirements:
  • Sales-Oriented Mindset: Strong interest in sales, client engagement, and achieving performance targets
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone
  • Persistence and Resilience: Ability to handle objections and rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups, keeping track of progress in the CRM system
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in recording client information and managing leads

Benefits:
