Job Title: Global Trade Support Specialist

This role involves providing administrative and coordination support to the sales team, ensuring seamless sales operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage sales orders, quotations, proforma invoices, shipping documents, and export/import documentation.
  • Liaise closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal logistics teams to coordinate shipment and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order status, and sales data in the system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning and reporting.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide after-sales service, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in a sales support, logistics, or trading role, preferably within the import/export sector.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade documentation and processes.
  • Able to communicate in business Mandarin as the clients/partners are Chinese-speaking.
