Job Title: Global Trade Coordinator

Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing trade-related activities, ensuring seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to calls and emails from customers regarding cargo arrival notices
  • Monitor shipments, including arrival dates, times, and status updates
  • Transfer job information into the company's in-house system
  • Coordinate with contractors for airlines and agents' cargo clearance
  • Correspond with overseas offices on general import inquiries
  • Attend to customers' requests for flight information, cargo, and delivery status
  • Prepare and issue invoices and billings to close jobs
  • Filing of documents

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in freight forwarding
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Team player with good attitude and initiative
