Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Administration professional to join our team. As an HR cum Admin Executive, you will be responsible for handling recruitment activities, managing employee records, preparing employment contracts, and overseeing staff attendance.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment: Posting job openings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Human Resource Duties: Maintaining accurate employee records, updating HR databases, files, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Administrative Duties: Managing office supplies, equipment, general office administration, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
To succeed in this role, you should have a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations is necessary. You must be able to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential information effectively. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individuals with strong analytical skills are preferred.
